With the NHS under extra pressure this winter, we need to hear your experiences of care to help services understand what is working and spot issues affecting support for you and your loved ones.

On 1 April, our county and district and borough councils will be replaced by one – North Yorkshire Council.

Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership are conducting the programme to better understand local people's experiences and expectations and what assets could help each priority area.

National data reflects shows a worrying increase in the number of people avoiding vital care - and reflects the picture in North Yorkshire.
