Our friendly Healthwatch team are looking forward to welcoming an administrative volunteer.
We collect a lot of information, attend and run a lot of meetings and events, and engage with our communities.
And we need some help to achieve this and to be organised through having some ‘back office’ support. Could you help us?
The role - and how you might be able to help us
We will play to your strengths, but typical tasks might include:

Maintain our paper and electronic filing systems in an effective way so that information can be found with ease

Maintain and update our contacts list (so skills with Microsoft Excel are a must!)

Monitor organisational deadlines

Other related tasks, such as send and handling post

Hours and location
