Safeguarding Adults Awareness Survey: Healthwatch North Yorkshire
Healthwatch North Yorkshire is an organisation dedicated to representing patient voice in matters of health and social care across North Yorkshire.
Summary
Working with North Yorkshire County Council Safeguarding Adults Board, Healthwatch North Yorkshire created three surveys to address the question of safeguarding awareness.
Each survey was intended for a specific audience, as it was felt that a different level of base knowledge could be inferred for each group: the general public, individuals working in the care sector, and managers of care homes.
